Changes made to Appendix 1 & 2, March 2017.
Please note that Continental Cormorant Phalacrocorax carbo sinensis and Siberian Chiffchaff Phylloscopus collybita tristis have been moved from Appendix 1 to Appendix 2 as of 31st December 2015.
This is the sixth revision to be applied to the Appendices since the IRBC changed its method of record submission and assessment in January 2005. For a full account of the background and reasons for the new reporting system click here. The IRBC will continue to periodically review the list of species included in both lists.
